2 Seascapes is a three storey holiday home situated in the heart of Sandbanks Peninsula.  Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms this spacious property is just a short walk away from the famous Sandbanks Blue Flag beach and close to local amenities of restaurants, cafes, hotels and a wide choice of watersports.  A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside areas of Bournemouth and Poole with their many events and attractions and the Sandbanks Chain Ferry ride will take you across to the Purbecks and the beautiful Jurrasic Coast. Visits to Christchurch, Mudeford and The New Forest are also recommended. 

This four bedroom town house is set over three floors comprising of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room,1 twin bedroom and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor features an entrance hallway leading to the ground floor bunkbed room with an en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin accessed from the bedroom or from the hallway.  The rear of the ground floor offers a twin bedroom (3' beds) with en-suite bathroom with bath with hand held shower attachment, w/c, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.  The first floor features an open plan living space with doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the communal gardens. A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer is offered on this floor together with a dining area offering dining for 8 and a lounge area with two sofas, coffee table, fire surround and a flat screen TV with Sky package.The top floor hosts the master bedroom  with private balcony overlooking the rear garden with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, twin basins, w/c and heated towel rail.  A further bedroom with a double bed (5') is offered on this floor with an en-suite bathroom comprising of bath with hand held shower attachment, w/c, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.


There is a private patio area from the ground floor twin bedroom with outside furniture and guests are welcome to use the communal garden

There is one parking space suitable for a small car (not 4x4 or MPV) to be parked in a garage and one other car can be parked up to the garage door.
